Common use of Provision of Financial Statements and Reports Clause in Contracts

Provision of Financial Statements and Reports. (i) The Guarantor will provide to the Trustee, in English or accompanied by a certified English translation thereof, (A) within 90 calendar days after the end of each fiscal quarter (other than the fourth quarter), its unaudited and consolidated balance sheet and statement of income calculated in accordance with Reporting GAAP, (B) within 120 calendar days after the end of each fiscal year, its audited and consolidated balance sheet and statement of income calculated in accordance with Reporting GAAP and (C) such other financial data as the Trustee may reasonably request.
