Provision of Bulletin Board Space. The Employer shall provide bulletin board space at appropriate locations in the shops for the posting of union material by the Council and its affiliates. The posting of this material shall be subject to management approval.
Provision of Bulletin Board Space. The Employer shall provide bulletin board space for Union use. The Employer may make available to the Union specific locations on the premises for the placement of bulk quantities of literature of the Union. Subject to operational requirements, a representative of the Union shall have the right to meet with new employees to make a presentation of up to one-half hour. Employees shall be granted leave with pay to attend these meetings. ARTICLE DESIGNATED PAID HOLIDAYS Designated Paid The following days are Designated Paid Holidays for employees covered by this Agreement: Good Friday; Easter Monday; Victoria Day; Canada Day; Day; Civic Holiday; Hamlet as declared by Council; Labour Day; Thanksgiving Day; Remembrance Day; Christmas Day; Boxing Day; New Years Day; and Any other day proclaimed by Council as a civic holiday. A new employee must work thirty (30) consecutive working days before a Designated Paid Holiday is granted with pay. Any employee who missed work either the day before or the day after a Designated Paid Holiday without the prior consent of the Hamlet shall not be paid for that day and missed. Falling on a of Rest When a Designated Paid Holiday coincides with an employee's day of rest, the Designated Paid Holiday shall be moved to the employee's first working day following his day of rest or another day mutually agreeable to the employee and Hamlet. When a Designated Paid Holiday is moved to another day under the provisions of clause 14.04:

  • Bulletin Board Space The City shall provide reasonable space on bulletin boards for official Union notices of a non-controversial nature at each central work area.

  • ARTICLE BULLETIN BOARDS The Employer agrees to supply and make available to the Union for the posting of seniority lists and Union notices one (1) bulletin board in such place so as to inform all employees in the bargaining unit of the activities of the Union.

  • Bulletin Boards and Newsstands The Employer will maintain bulletin board(s) or space on existing bulletin boards currently provided to the Union for union communication. In bargaining units where no bulletin board or space on existing bulletin boards has been provided, the Employer will supply the Union with a board or space. Material posted on the bulletin board will be appropriate to the workplace, politically non-partisan, in compliance with state ethics laws and identified as union literature. If requested, the Employer will identify area(s) where Union provided newsstand(s) can be located. Union provided newsstand(s) must meet the Employer’s campus standards. Union communications will not be posted or otherwise disseminated in any other location on the campus, except as provided in the Employer policy and in Section 40.7 below.

  • Provision of Statistics The aeronautical authorities of each Contracting Party shall, on request, provide such periodic or other statements of statistics as may be reasonably required for the purpose of reviewing the capacity provided on the agreed services by the designated airlines of that Contracting Party to the aeronautical authorities of the other Contracting Party. Such statements shall include all information required to determine the amount of traffic carried by those airlines on the agreed services and the origins and destinations of such traffic.
