Common use of Proprietary Notices Clause in Contracts

Proprietary Notices. Customer shall not delete any copyright notices, proprietary legends, any trademark and service mark attributions, any patent markings, and other indicia of ownership and confidential markings on all copies of the Software and any other Materials (defined in Section 2.4 below) provided to Customer, in the content and format contained on the Software and such Materials. Customer shall pay all duplication and distribution costs incurred by Customer in making copies of the Software.
