Proposed Redevelopment. 8.3.1 Subject to clause 8.3.3, the Council consents to the Proposed Redevelopment being undertaken by the Lessee in accordance with this Lease (and this clause 8.3.1 shall be in satisfaction of clause 8.2 of this Lease).
Proposed Redevelopment. The Parties have been advised that the real property described in Exhibit A (the “Property”) lying within the corporate limits of the City of Colorado Springs, Colorado (the “City”) is being studied for designation as an urban renewal area to be redeveloped by one or more developers and/or property owner(s) as a mixed use development(s) that will eliminate existing blighted conditions which constitute threats to the health, safety and welfare of the community and barriers to development.
Proposed Redevelopment. GMH will acquire the Property and intends to maintain its use for commercial and light industrial businesses and to develop the undeveloped portion of the Property. CERTIFICATIONS
Proposed Redevelopment. Xxxxxx will acquire the Property and intends to renovate it and use for warehousing and logistics. CERTIFICATIONS
Proposed Redevelopment. Xxxxxx will acquire the Property and intends to redevelop the Property with an industrial warehouse building. CERTIFICATIONS
Proposed Redevelopment. 912 Xxxxxxx will acquire the Property and intends to lease the property for commercial uses. CERTIFICATIONS
Proposed Redevelopment. ALT will acquire the Property and intends to redevelop the Property for commercial and retail use. CERTIFICATIONS
Proposed Redevelopment. BFSM will acquire the Property and intends to renovate the mill and turn it into office space. CERTIFICATIONS
Proposed Redevelopment. BT will acquire the Property and intends to develop the Property as multi-family residential apartments.
