KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That as Principal (hereinafter referred to as the (Legal Title and Address of the Contractor) "Principal") and as Surety (hereinafter referred ( Legal Name and Address of the Surety) to as "Surety"), are held and firmly bound unto the BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY SYSTEM OF GEORGIA as Obligee (hereinafter referred to as "Owner") for the use and benefit of claimants defined, hereinafter in the amount of Dollars ($ )to which payment Principal and Surety bind themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
