Common use of Project Staff Clause in Contracts

Project Staff. Contractor shall appoint to the Project Staff: (i) individuals with suitable training and skills to provide the Work, and (ii) sufficient staffing to adequately provide the Work. Contractor shall make commercially reasonable efforts consistent with sound business practices to honor the specific request of the Court with regard to assignment of its employees. The Court may require Contractor to remove any personnel from the Project Staff that interact with any personnel of the Court or Court Contractors (including, without limitation, the Contractor Project Manager) upon providing to Contractor a reason (permitted by law) for such removal. Contractor may, with the Court’s consent, continue to retain such member of the Project Staff in a role that does not interact with any personnel of the Court or Court Contractors. The Contractor Project Manager and the Court Project Manager shall work together to mitigate any impact on the schedule as set forth in a Statement of Work caused by any replacement of a Project Staff member. Contractor shall be responsible for all costs and expenses associated with any Project Staff replacement. Contractor shall assure an orderly and prompt succession for any Project Staff member who is replaced.
