Prohibited Data. Licensee acknowledges that the Services are not designed with security and access management for Processing the following categories of information: (a) data that is classified and or used on the U.S. Munitions list, including software and technical data; (b) articles, services and related technical data designated as defense articles or defense services; (c) ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) related data; or (d) protected health information (each of the foregoing, “Prohibited Data”). Licensee shall not, and shall not permit any Authorized User or other Person to, provide any Prohibited Data to, or Process any Prohibited Data through, the Services, the NCIT Systems or any NCIT Personnel. Licensee is solely responsible for reviewing all Licensee Data and shall ensure that no Licensee Data constitutes or contains any Prohibited Data.

Prohibited Data. Customer will not provide (or cause to be provided) any Sensitive Data to Chargifi for processing under the Agreement, and Xxxxxxxx will have no liability whatsoever for Sensitive Data, whether in connection with a Security Incident or otherwise. Prohibited Data. Customer shall not configure the Medallia Products to collect any bank account numbers or bank transaction information, payment card or credit card information, social security numbers, state identification numbers, passports numbers, and Special Category Personal Data (collectively, "Prohibited Data"). Where Prohibited Data is nevertheless submitted within Customer Data, Customer acknowledges that in such cases Medallia will not be responsible for any subsequent liability arising from the processing of the foregoing categories of data.
