Programme of Activities. 3.1 The Recipient will ensure that before the Programme of Activities starts all the necessary legal regulatory and ethical requirements for the conducting of the Programme of Activities are met and that all necessary licences, consents (including visas) and approvals are obtained, and that these are maintained during the period of the Award.
