Professional Dues. The school district will pay the annual dues for the Superintendent’s membership in the American Association of School Administrators, Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and Nebraska Council of School Administrators. The Superintendent’s membership in other professional organizations will be considered annually and may be approved at the discretion of the school board.

Professional Dues. In recognition of the professional nature of employees, each department, commission, board, or agency may reimburse an employee for up to $50 per year for membership dues in one (1) job-related professional society or association of the employee's choice, or for a job-related professional license fee. Both parties agree and understand that a different amount of reimbursement, if any, may be provided to employees in the same or similar situation.
