Production of Records. XXXX may require the Subscriber or the Subscriber’s client to provide XXXX with copies of records that relate to the client’s claim including a copy of the Subscriber’s client file relating to the Conveyancing Transaction. XXXX may make copies of those records and retrieve any that are stored electronically. XXXX may also require the Subscriber’s client, officers or personnel to answer questions under oath.

Production of Records. Each Employer shall promptly furnish to the Trustees, upon reasonable demand, with access to the documents that are necessary to determine whether the Employer is in compliance with all its obligations under this Agreement and any rules of the Fund as well as any Participation Agreement, Collective Bargaining Agreement or other Agreement relating to the participation in the Fund. The records the Employer shall provide include, without limitation, payroll records (including names and last known addresses of its Employees, their Social Security numbers, the hours worked by each Employee and past industry employment history in its files), information relating to vendors (including vendor invoices and the Employer’s cash disbursement journal) and such other information as the Trustees may reasonably require in connection with the administration of the Trust. The Trustees may, by their representatives, examine the pertinent records of each Employer at the Employer's place of business whenever such examination is deemed necessary or advisable by the Trustees in connection with the proper administration of the Trust. Production of Records. BIONICHE shall prepare, maintain, and submit all documents or reports required under applicable laws and regulations or as reasonably requested by CUMBERLAND concerning the Manufacture of the Drug Products, including without limitation, batch production records for each Drug Product. Notwithstanding the restrictions set forth in this Agreement, BIONICHE shall retain production records for batches of Drug Product for a period of at least one year after the respective expiration date for each batch. These records will be stored by appropriate means, including without limitation, optical disk or microfilm in a secure manner in compliance with current GMP with duplicate copies submitted to CUMBERLAND promptly after the creation thereof and shall be made available on request of the FDA or any other authorized regulatory body.
Production of Records. Licensee shall provide such records within twenty (20) business days of a request by the Licensor for production of the same, unless additional time is reasonably needed by Licensee, in which case, Licensee shall have such reasonable time as needed for the production of the same. Production of Records. Each Employer shall promptly furnish to the Trustees, on demand, the records specified in Section 4.9 of this Article. The Trustees may, by their respective representatives, examine the pertinent employment and payroll records of each Employer at the Employer’s place of business whenever such examination is deemed necessary or advisable by the Trustees in connection with the proper administration of the Trust Fund and of the contracts or policies of insurance. The Union shall, upon the request of the Trustees, promptly furnish information with respect to an Employee’s employment status. If such examination discloses that the employer has not been making its full payment as agreed, the costs of such examination shall be paid by such employer (subject to the discretion of the Delinquency Committee to waive all or part of said costs in light of the application of objective criteria mitigating such failure to pay obligations). The Trustees and the insurance carrier, when so authorized by the Trustees, may, by their respective representa- tives, examine the pertinent employment and payroll records of each Employer at the Employer's place of business whenever such examination is deemed necessary or advisable by the Trustees in connection with the proper administration of the EPB Fund and of the contracts or policies of insurance. The Union shall, upon the request of the Trustees, promptly furnish information in respect to an Employee's employment status.
Production of Records. EXTENET shall provide records within 20 business days of a request by the County for production of the same unless the County agrees to additional time. Such records shall be made available in Xxxxx County. Failure to provide records in a timely manner shall subject EXTENET to liquidated damages under Section 11. If any person other than EXTENET maintains records on EXTENET's behalf, EXTENET shall be responsible for making such records available to the County for auditing purposes pursuant to this Section.
