The Optionee consents to the processing of information relating to the Optionee and the Optionee’s participation in the Plan in any one or more of the ways referred to above.

The following information will be collected from users of the Software: − User’s first name and surname − User’s e-mail address EPOS Group A/S reserves the right via e-mail to notify the user of updates and new features contained in the Software. EPOS Group A/S does not collect information other than stated above and does not collect sensitive personal information about users of the Software. The information collected from users of the Software will not be compared to or amalgamated with information about the user from other sources or from third parties.
