Priority of Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the main body of this Agreement and its Exhibits, the provisions of the main body of the Agreement shall prevail. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the JOA, this Agreement shall prevail. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Contract, this Agreement shall prevail unless such would be in violation of the Laws/Regulations or the terms of the Contract.
