Common use of Principal Amounts Clause in Contracts

Principal Amounts. Subject to Section 2.10, the initial aggregate principal amount of the Notes that may be authenticated and delivered under this Supplemental Indenture No. 9 shall not exceed $1,000,000,000 (except for Notes authenticated and delivered upon registration of, transfer of, or in exchange for, or in lieu of, other Notes pursuant to Section 3.04, 3.05, 3.06, 9.06 or 11.07 of the Indenture and except for any Notes which pursuant to Section 3.03 of the Indenture are deemed never to have been authenticated and delivered hereunder).

Principal Amounts. Subject to Section 2.102.12, the initial aggregate principal amount of the Notes that may be authenticated and delivered under this Supplemental Indenture No. 9 8 shall not exceed $1,000,000,000 €640,000,000 (except for Notes authenticated and delivered upon registration of, transfer of, or in exchange for, or in lieu of, other Notes pursuant to Section 3.04, 3.05, 3.06, 9.06 or 11.07 of the Indenture and except for any Notes which pursuant to Section 3.03 of the Indenture are deemed never to have been authenticated and delivered hereunder).
