Common use of Price Per Unit Clause in Contracts

Price Per Unit. Agency will pay Contractor for completion of Services required under the Contract on the basis of Price Per Unit, up to the NTE amount established in the Contract. The Price Per Unit amount includes all labor costs, overhead, profit, and may include expenses (if travel or other expenses are approved). Agency may exclude travel (or other expenses) from the Price Per Unit amount and reimburse Contractor at cost for approved travel in accordance with Section B of this Exhibit (up to the NTE established for travel and other expenses).
