Preparation of Drawings. Lessee shall retain an architect/space planner reasonably approved by Lessor (the “Architect”) and engineering consultants reasonably approved by Lessor (the “Engineers”) to prepare all plans and engineering working drawings relating to the structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, life safety, sprinkler and any other work to be conducted in the Premises. The plans and drawings to be prepared by Architect and the Engineers hereunder shall be referenced collectively as the “Construction Drawings.” All Construction Drawings shall comply with drawing content and specifications determined by Lessor, and shall be subject to Lessor’s reasonable approval, which Construction Drawings shall contain the information listed on Schedule Two attached hereto. Lessee and Architect shall verify, in the field, the dimensions and conditions as shown on the relevant portions of the base building plans, and Lessee and Architect shall be solely responsible for the same, and Lessor shall have no responsibility in connection therewith. Lessor’s review of the Construction Drawings, as set forth in this Section 3, shall be for its sole purpose and shall not imply Lessor’s review of the same, or obligate Lessor to review the same, for quality, design, Code compliance or other like matters. Accordingly, notwithstanding that any Construction Drawings are reviewed by Lessor or its space planner, architect, engineers and consultants, and notwithstanding any advice or assistance which may be rendered to Lessee by Lessor or Lessor’s space planner, architect, engineers, and consultants, Lessor shall have no liability whatsoever in connection therewith and shall not be responsible for any omissions or errors contained in the Construction Drawings, and Lessee’s waiver and indemnity set forth in Section 7.07(a) of the Lease shall specifically apply to the Construction Drawings.
Preparation of Drawings. (a) The Concessionaire may, subject to the Construction Requirements, adopt with or without modifications the drawings made available by the Lead ULB, if any, or adopt its own drawings, provided that the Concessionaire shall in any event be solely responsible for the adequacy of the drawings.
Preparation of Drawings. (i) The Operator may, subject to the design requirements, adopt with or without modification the drawings made available by the Authority or adopt its own drawings, provided that the Operator shall in any event be solely responsible for the adequacy of the drawings. Also if the Operator proposes any modifications to the drawings made available by the Authority or submits alternate drawings or drawings for any item for which no drawings are made available by the Authority, the same shall be subject to review by the Authority as provided in Clause 7.2 (b) below.
Preparation of Drawings. The Concessionaire shall, at its cost, charges and expenses, cause Drawings to be prepared in accordance with the Specification and Standards. The Concessionaire may, for this purpose, adopt with or without any modifications the Drawings, if any, made available by BRBN, provided, nothwithstanding such adoption, the Concessionaire shall be solely responsible for the adequacy of the Drawings.

In addition to the above requirements, Architect and its consultants will prepare project drawings as checked below: Manual or CAD Drafting with drawings produced on film or similar permanent media, with lines that are plotted or drawn with ink, plastic lead or similar permanent system. CAD drawings using CAD software and drawings conventions acceptable to Owner. Drawing plots will be on film of similar permanent media, with lines that are plotted in ink or similar permanent system.
Preparation of Drawings. SPECIFICATIONS The development of drawings and specifications to detail the exact requirement of materials and specifications for construction will be created. Contract Documents will be included such that the entire package at the completion of this project will be tender ready. As the design progresses, meetings at 60% and 99% completion will be convened. Once the project reaches 99% completion, design drawings will be circulated to the project team with the intention to review and comment at the 99% meeting. Following reviews and comments of this 99% design, the final design will be completed and submitted for acceptance. It is proposed that the Tender Drawings be provided at a scale of 1:250 H and 1:50 V. This allows for easy plan reading at the time of construction. Clear, concise drawings will provide contractors with an easy understanding of the work. It is important to note that the drawings will be structured in a way that the construction can easily be completed in phases if budget issues require it.

ARTICLE - 8 DRAWINGS The Concessionaire shall prepare at its own cost, charges and expenses, shop and working/construction drawings for Bus Shelters in accordance with the applicable Specifications and Standards. Any modification suggested shall be approved by the ITEL and shall be at the Concessionaire’s own cost and at no additional cost to the ITEL.
Preparation of Drawings. (i) The Concessionaire shall, subject to the Construction Requirements, prepare its own Drawings with respect to the Project Facility. The Concessionaire shall in any event be solely responsible for the adequacy of the Drawings.

The ENGINEER shall prepare detailed Drawings for the construction of each of the projects indicated, using the ENGINEER’S standard engineering approach for design, level of detailing and presentation on the Drawings. The Drawings shall be prepared using the ENGINEER’S AUTOCAD system. The Drawings shall be produced on the ENGINEER’S standard 24 x 36-inch Mylar with borders and title blocks to the ENGINEER’S standard. A preliminary drawing list will be prepared during the Preliminary Design and will be updated in the Final Design.
