Common use of Portfolio Companies Clause in Contracts

Portfolio Companies. The Company or the Funds, either directly or indirectly through one or more tax blocker subsidiaries, have duly authorized, executed and delivered agreements (each a “Portfolio Company Agreement”) required to make the investments in the Portfolio Companies.
