Point of Receipt. 3.01 Shipper shall deliver or cause to be delivered gas for transportation hereunder and Transporter shall receive gas quantities up to Shipper's TCQ, plus any applicable fuel and line loss makeup, at the existing point of interconnection between Transporter and the pipeline system of Transco in Rockingham County, North Carolina ("Point of Receipt"). Transporter shall accept deliveries at the Point of Receipt at a pressure sufficient to allow the gas to enter Transporter's pipeline system at the varying pressures that may exist in such system from time-to-time; provided, however, that such pressure(s) of the gas delivered or caused to be delivered by Shipper shall not exceed the maximum operating pressure(s) specified by Transporter for the Point of Receipt.
Point of Receipt. The point on the pipeline of Transporter where gas will be delivered by Seller for the account of Buyer. Unless otherwise mutually agreed upon, the Point of Receipt shall be the Interconnect between Williston Basin Interstate Pipeline (Williston Basin) and MIGC, Inc. at Recluse Area, Xxxxxxxx County, Williston Basin Receipt Point I.D. #C5069, as specified in its FERC Gas Tariff - Secona Revised Volume No. 1.
Point of Receipt. At the Distribution Provider’s new remote controlled switch on the Distribution Provider’s Luxor 12kV distribution line out of Imperial 66/12kV Substation. Point of Delivery: The ISO Grid at Distribution Provider’s 220kV Bus at Center Substation.
Point of Receipt. The point where the Interconnection Facility discharges into the 10 Association's Water Delivery System. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the 11 Parties, the Point of Receipt is the point where the South Canal component of the 12 Interconnection Facility discharges into the Association's South Canal.
Point of Receipt. Physical location where the CONCESSIONAIRE will receive wastewater collected by the sewage network.

Point of Receipt. The place at which the Company will receive, into its distribution system from the Customer's Supplier, the Contracted Gas, namely the Company's take station, designated as Tennessee Gas Pipeline Station No. 2-0112,Linunenburg, MA.
Point of Receipt. The ISO Grid at Distribution Provider’s Walnut Substation at the 220 kV bus. Point of Delivery: Distribution Provider’s interconnection with Distribution Customer, which is at the existing SCE gas switch located at structure P5200987 on the Valinda 12 kV circuit out of SCE’s Xxxxxx 66 kV Substation. Receiving Party: Distribution Customer.
