Receipt Point definition

Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.
Receipt Point means a location on the Canadian Pipeline as set out in Schedule "A" hereto at which a Shipper may, in accordance with a Transportation Service Agreement, tender Gas and includes the Alliance Trading Pool for FDS, FDS-IBR and ITDS.
Receipt Point means a point on the Network at which Gas is, or is to be, received into the Network.

Examples of Receipt Point in a sentence

  • Each Receipt Point will be at a location on or adjacent to the pad for each Dedicated Well on a site designated and provided by Shipper, or at another location mutually agreed upon by Shipper and Gatherer.

  • The quantities of Dedicated Production delivered at a Delivery Point will be Thermally Equivalent to the quantities of Dedicated Production received in accordance with the terms of this Agreement at a Receipt Point, less Shipper’s share of Fuel and Lost Gas, and any applicable reduction pursuant to Section 3.3.4 of this Agreement.

  • For all of Shipper’s Gas received by Xxxxxxxx at the Receipt Points, Shipper will pay Gatherer the applicable Gathering Fee set forth in Exhibit C multiplied by the Receipt Point Volume.

  • Prior to allocation of Fuel and Lost Gas, Xxxxxxx’s Receipt Point Volume shall be reduced for any corresponding gas lift volumes delivered to a Gas Lift Meter for usage in Xxxxx upstream of the corresponding Receipt Point.

  • Spot sampling shall be performed at a minimum of the same frequency of inspection and verification and the frequency shall be determined based upon the average daily flow rate at the Receipt Point as outlined in the “Meter Inspection and Verification” section of this document.


More Definitions of Receipt Point

Receipt Point means a Welded Point from which a Shipper nominates to have Gas transported.
Receipt Point means the receipt point provided for in Rules 30, 35, and 40 of this tariff.
