Place & Appointments. The EMPLOYER agrees that a District Council Representative may place, then appoint, a working Job Xxxxxxx at the start of any job lasting forty (40) man days or more; and the EMPLOYER will be given three (3) names to choose from when a Xxxxxxx is to be placed and then appointed on a job site. A Job Xxxxxxx will be appointed by the District Council on all other projects from the EMPLOYEES on the job.

Place & Appointments. All Jobs will have a designated Job Xxxxxxx. All Job Stewards will be designated by the Union. On all jobs of six or more the Job Stewards will have accessible work tasks. The Employer shall furnish the Union with written reports upon request of all jobs being currently performed by the Employer. Such reports shall include the name and location of the job and the number and names of the employees employed. The Union may, at its option, appoint a Job Xxxxxxx on any job where its members are employed from among the employees on the job. The Union shall notify the Employer at that time of the identity of the Xxxxxxx.

  • Emergency Appointments Absence from work to attend emergency medical or dental appointments and medical appointments arising from a work related accident covered by Workers' Compensation, shall be paid for from the employee's accumulated sick leave.
