Common use of Personal Holiday Clause in Contracts

Personal Holiday. All full-time employees, after four (4) full months of employment, are entitled to one (1) added day of personal leave with pay each calendar year. Such leave may be taken as mutually agreed to by the supervisor and the employee, and is not cumulative from year to year unless the employee has requested a personal holiday and the holiday is denied.
