Common use of Permitted Withdrawals and Transfers from the Distribution Account Clause in Contracts

Permitted Withdrawals and Transfers from the Distribution Account. The Trustee shall withdraw funds from the Distribution Account for distribution to the Certificateholders in the manner specified in this Agreement, and to withhold from the amounts so withdrawn, the amount of any taxes that it is authorized to retain pursuant to the last paragraph of Section 9.12. In particular, on each Distribution Date, the Trustee shall distribute Interest Funds and Principal Funds to the Certificateholders in accordance with Section 5.04(a) and the Prepayment Charges in accordance with Section 5.04(d). In addition, the Trustee may from time to time make withdrawals from the Distribution Account for the following purposes:
