Periodic Risk-Based Reviews. The Company will conduct periodic antitrust risk assessments to ensure that its antitrust compliance program, including internal controls, is tailored to the Company’s individual circumstances. In undertaking such risk assessments, the Company will review its policies and procedures and make any necessary adjustments and updates based on changes in the Company’s operations, circumstances, legal developments, and industry practices.
