Reviews. (a) During the term of this Agreement and for 7 years after the term of this Agreement, the HSP agrees that the LHIN or its authorized representatives may conduct a Review of the HSP to confirm the HSP’s fulfillment of its obligations under this Agreement. Reviews. (a) During the term of this Agreement and for 7 years after the term of this Agreement, the HSP agrees that the Funder or its authorized representatives may conduct a Review of the HSP to confirm the HSP’s fulfillment of its obligations under this Agreement. For these purposes the Funder or its authorized representatives may, upon 24 hours’ Notice to the HSP and during normal business hours enter the HSP’s premises to: inspect and copy any financial records, invoices and other finance- related documents, other than personal health information as defined in the Enabling Legislation, in the possession or under the control of the HSP which relate to the Funding or otherwise to the Services; and inspect and copy non-financial records, other than personal health information as defined in the Enabling Legislation, in the possession or under the control of the HSP which relate to the Funding, the Services or otherwise to the performance of the HSP under this Agreement.
Reviews. The Department reserves the right to perform plan checks, plan reviews, other reviews, and/or comment upon the Goods and Services of Contractor. Such reviews do not waive the requirement of Contractor to meet all of the terms and conditions of the Contract.

Reviews. In keeping with the requirements of U.C.A. §53G-5-202(1)(b) the SCSB will perform at least an annual review (more often as the need arises as determined by the Authorizer) and evaluation of the performance of the Charter School and hold the Charter School accountable for its performance. To facilitate the annual or any other review the School shall maintain the necessary records to provide the following:
Reviews. 2.5.2.1 Once the Contracting Body requirements have been identified and the strategy agreed, the Supplier shall ensure that regular periodical review meetings take place in order to update the Contracting Body on progress against the agreed strategy. These meetings should also be used to discuss and/or propose any changes necessary.

Dealer grants DFS an irrevocable license to enter Dealer's business locations during normal business hours with forty-eight (48) hours prior notice to Dealer (unless Dealer is in Default in which case no prior notice shall be required) to: (a) account for and inspect all Collateral; (b) verify Dealer's compliance with this Agreement; and (c) examine and copy Dealer's books and records related to the Collateral.
Reviews. 5.1 The T3IB agrees to allow the T3CB’s Reviewer access to examine the documentation referred to in Article 4 above and any other information or document should the Reviewer require such access in carrying out a review pursuant to the QI Agreement. The T3IB agrees to carry out in the manner and time outlined in the QI Agreement whatever action is requested by the Reviewer so that the T3CB is in compliance with the QI Agreement. The T3CB reserves the right to withhold at the U.S. statutory rate if the T3IB does not demonstrate to the satisfaction of the T3CB that the action requested by the Reviewer has been taken. Whether the T3IB has adequately demonstrated compliance with the requested action of the Reviewer will be determined in the sole discretion of the T3CB, acting reasonably.
Reviews. The project schedule shall indicate any review periods for the COUNTY and/or other agency as part of the task. A thorough professional quality control review by A/E for project submittals includes, but is not limited to, reviewing the quantify and cost calculations, spelling and grammar errors, formatting, graphics, font consistency, referencing of details, titling, etc. This review should be extended to each of the A/E’s subconsultants’ prepared documents and submittals.
