Payment Instructions to Obligors. Each Seller shall instruct all Obligors to submit all payments either (i) to one of the lockboxes maintained at the Lockbox Banks for deposit in a Lockbox Account or (ii) directly to one of the Lockbox Accounts.

The Servicer shall use its commercially reasonable best efforts to cause each Obligor to remit all Collections on Pool Receivables and other proceeds in respect of the Pool Assets directly to the Collateral Account (as opposed to any collection account or any other location).
