Lockbox Accounts definition

Lockbox Accounts means the accounts maintained by Borrower at the Lockbox Banks into which all collections or payments on their Accounts and other Collateral are paid.
Lockbox Accounts shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.5.
Lockbox Accounts means the lockbox accounts established from time to time pursuant to the Lockbox Agreements in which all funds received pursuant to the Lockbox Agreements shall be deposited.

More Definitions of Lockbox Accounts

Lockbox Accounts have the respective meanings set forth in Section 2.7.
Lockbox Accounts. Each of the separate lockbox accounts or blocked accounts maintained at the applicable Lockbox Account Bank for the purpose of receiving Collections, the details of which are set forth on Schedule VI, as such schedule may be amended from time to time.
Lockbox Accounts means each lockbox account established by the Debtor into which collections on Receivables are deposited.
Lockbox Accounts means each deposit account listed on Schedule I hereto under the heading “Lockbox Accounts” and any other lockbox account established by the Lien Grantor into which collections on Pledged Receivables are deposited.
Lockbox Accounts means, collectively and each individually, the Deposit Accounts maintained by Borrower at the Lockbox Banks into which all collections or payments on Borrower’s Accounts and other Collateral are paid and which Accounts and other Collateral are subject to Lender’s security interest granted by a Borrower.

Lockbox Accounts has the meaning set forth in the Security Agreements.
