Past Performance Information. The Government will provide and record Past Performance Information for acquisitions over $150,000 utilizing the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS). The CPARS process allows Contractors to view and comment on the Government's evaluation of the Contractor's performance before it is finalized. Once the Contractor’s past performance evaluation is finalized in CPARS it will be transmitted into the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). Contractors are required to register in the CPARS, so Contractor’s may review and comment on past performance reports submitted through the CPARS. The CPARS and PPIRS websites are as follows: CPARS xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx.xxxx.xxx/ PPIRS xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx Past performance is not a part of the evaluation and selection process for BPA award.

Past Performance Information. Purchaser acknowledges and understands that any statements of the past performance of the Company’s management are not to be viewed or interpreted as an indication, either anticipated or definitive, of the Company’s future performance. In making such acknowledgement, Purchaser understands that: (1) the circumstances regarding the past performance of the Company’s management are inherently different from the circumstances regarding the Company’s proposed business operations; (2) the economic conditions at or around the time of the past performance of the Company’s management are inherently different from the economic conditions in which the Company will operate; and (3) the actual results of the Company’s performance or an investment in a Project cannot be estimated with any certainty at this time.
Past Performance Information. Retrieval System (PPIRS) is the primary source for past performance and will be reviewed.
Past Performance Information. The offeror/joint venture member or critical subcontractor, if applicable, shall focus its Past Performance Information responses so that they clearly correlate present and past performance with the requirements of this RFP. The Past Performance Information responses must clearly describe the relevance of the effort to the work proposed. The answering space on the Past Performance Information may be expanded so that the filled-in Past Performance Information for each relevant contract covers no more than both sides of three (3) 8 ½ x 11 inch pages (i.e., no more than 8 pages). (See paragraph 2, Relevancy Table and Paragraph N of the Past Performance Information.) Provide the most current information for the Points of Contact (POCs) identified on the Past Performance Information. At least two of the following (in descending order of availability) should be identified as current POCs on the Past Performance Information:
Past Performance Information. Past Performance Information shall be submitted on preferably three (3) recent contracts that the Offeror considers most relevant in demonstrating its ability to perform the proposed effort. Clarify to what degree the key personnel and subcontractors proposed under this RFP were personally involved in one or more of these recent contracts. Explain the roles they played under those contracts and their levels of success as well as problems encountered. Discuss efforts undertaken by the Offeror to resolve problems encountered on prior contracts as well as past efforts to identify and manage program risk. Demonstrate management actions employed in overcoming problems and the effects of those actions, in terms of improvements achieved or problems rectified. Discuss the Offeror‘s historic ability to meet government (or similar corporate) fiscal obligation and expenditure benchmarks.
Past Performance Information. The Offeror shall provide a brief description of performance in delivering quality services in each of the Attributes identified below. Include in these descriptions any information that demonstrates the level of performance obtained; where available, provide quantifiable measures/trends to demonstrate past and current performance. Also describe past problems, including when they occurred, what the circumstances were surrounding the situation, and what the consequences were as a result of the problem.
