Parts Department. Monday to Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. -Or- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Saturday Schedule 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. One half (½) hour lunch commencing at either 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. commencing at 2:00 p.m. for late shift hours.
Parts Department. (2) Dealer's parts department will conform to the requirements of the Business Basics, Retail Capacity Guide, Operating Plan and such other reasonable standards as Audi may prescribe, after review with Dealer. SALE OF NON-GENUINE PARTS
Parts Department. 1. The starting and stopping time on standard shifts, as well as the meal period shall be mutually arranged by the Company and the Union, it being understood that the meal period shall not be less than thirty (30) minutes.
Parts Department. Warehouse There shall be three (3) levels of warehouse employee: Trainee Warehouse Person A parts employee with no previous experience in warehousing duties and procedures related to the Company’s market segments. Junior Warehouse Person A parts employee with a minimum of one (1) years experience in warehousing duties and procedures related to the Company’s market segments. They must be able to successfully complete the following tasks unassisted:
Parts Department. The Company will supply and pay for five (5) shirts every two (2) years. The Company agrees to supply five (5) cotton t-shirts for summer use for garage staff. The cost will be split 50/50 with the employees.
Parts Department. Tuesday to Saturday (i) 7:00a.m. – 3:30p.m. (ii) 8:30a.m. - 5:00p.m. Tuesday – Friday and 8:00a.m. – 4:30p.m. Saturdays. The standard work week shall consist of forty (40) hours on day shift, Tuesday to Saturday inclusive. Sundays and Mondays shall be regular days off for this shift, and any work performed on these days off shall be paid at the prevailing overtime rates as provided in this Agreement.
Parts Department. The hours of work for the Friday to Monday shift shall be nine (9) hours of work per day, between the hours of 7:30a.m. To 5:00p.m. all Sunday shifts shall receive a premium of ($14.00) fourteen dollars per hour and ten (10) hours pension contributions will be paid. This shift will not be implemented on a rotating basis. If a shift falls on a General Holiday nine (9) hours at the regular rates shall be paid plus the premiums and ten (10) hours of pension contributions and if worked the shift shall be paid at double time. This premium does not attract overtime.
Parts Department. When a split shift of Sunday through Thursday is employed it will be, 7:30a.m. - 4:00p.m., eight (8) hours per day, all Sunday shifts shall receive a premium of ($1.00) one dollar per hour. This premium does not attract overtime and will not be paid if an employee does not work on the Sunday.
Parts Department. If a second shift is employed, the hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7½) hours of work between the hours of 3:00p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for which eight
