Own Transport. ● Sellers are responsible to update the Buyer on every order's delivery status through Lapasar’s system. Please ensure that the delivery date is accurate and any changes are updated in Lapasar’s system. Appendix 5: Privacy & Data Policy We take our Buyers and Sellers personal information very seriously and will only use them in accordance to what is stated below. We will only collect information where it is necessary for Lapasar to do so and we will only collect information if it is relevant to our dealings with you. Own Transport. Employees who are travelling to the 30 klm radial area to which they are employed are entitled to the daily travel allowance, which is $15.00 Travelling to work outside the 30 km radial area to which they are employed but within 50klm radially shall entitle the employee to a daily travel allowance of $37.00 to compensate for both the cost of additional travel and time. Travel to work outside the 50 klm radial area to which you are employed shall entitle the employee to a payment of $60.00 per day which shall cover the cost of travel, time and / or accommodation or if mutually agreeable to the company other arrangements can be made.

Compliance with paragraphs 1 and 2 shall be demonstrated by presenting the following documentation to the customs authority of the importing Party: (a) in the case of transit or trans-shipment, the transportation documents, such as the airway xxxx, the xxxx of lading, or the multimodal or combined transportation document, that certify the transport from the country of origin to the importing country, as the case may be; and (b) in the case of storage, the transportation documents, such as the airway xxxx, the xxxx of lading, or the multimodal or combined transportation document, that certify the transport from the country of origin to the importing country, as the case may be, as well as the documents issued by the customs authority or other competent authority that authorized this operation in accordance with the domestic legislation of the non-Party.

  • Dark Fiber Transport Dark Fiber Transport is defined as Dedicated Transport that consists of unactivated optical interoffice transmission facilities without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics. Except as set forth in Section 6.9.1 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to Dark Fiber Transport Entrance Facilities pursuant to this Agreement.
