OVERTIME AND CALLOUT. The Collective Agreement references to "regular shift" shall be interpreted as being "twelve (12) hours" for employees covered by this Letter of Understanding. Effective 2007 January 01, the Collective Agreement reference to “eighty (80) hours” in Article 20, Section 2 shall be amended to “ninety‐six (96) hours” for employees covered by this Letter of Understanding.

OVERTIME AND CALLOUT. Employees shall work overtime and callout when requested. When overtime or callout is required, the workday shall be no more than sixteen (16) hours, except in the case of an emergency that constitutes an imminent hazard to life or the platform. Employers will make every effort to keep overtime and callout to a minimum and to distribute equitably, whenever possible.
