OVERSEAS TRANSACTIONS. 13.1 The Cardmember may use the Credit Card outside Malaysia where there are Authorised Merchants and/or Authorised Cash Outlets.
OVERSEAS TRANSACTIONS. 6.1 The Cardholder may use the Card outside Malaysia at VISA Merchants, VISA Member Bank or VISA ATMs.
OVERSEAS TRANSACTIONS. 5.1 The Cardmember may use the Card outside Malaysia at VISA or MasterCard Merchants, VISA Member Bank or MasterCard Member Bank, or VISA or MasterCard ATMs.
OVERSEAS TRANSACTIONS. 12.1 The Cardmember shall notify the Bank in advance of his intention to use the Card for overseas Transactions by contacting the Bank or by such other means prescribed by the Bank.
OVERSEAS TRANSACTIONS. (a) The balance on your Account is held in British pounds sterling. If you use your Cashplus Credit Card to make Purchases in another currency, the amount will be converted to British pounds sterling in accordance with applicable card association rules. The currency conversion rate used on the processing date may differ from the rate that would have been used on the transaction date or the date when it is applied to your Account balance. We may also charge you a fee as detailed in section 4.6.

OVERSEAS TRANSACTIONS. If conversion of any System component to a --------------------- different model or modification of the System to allow its use in any country other than the United States is required in connection with any remarketing, Viisage will undertake such conversion, with SBCC's prior written approval, but the cost thereof will be paid by SBCC. SBCC may require that some or all of such Off-Lease System be transported by Viisage to destinations outside the United States. In the event SBCC requests that items be transported outside the United States, then SBCC will be responsible for the costs of such transportation export permits, customs fee and duties.
OVERSEAS TRANSACTIONS. If conversion of the Equipment to a --------------------- different model or modification of the Equipment to allow its use in any country other than the United States is required in connection with any remarketing, Seller will undertake such conversion, with Buyer's prior written approval, but the cost thereof will be paid by Buyer. Buyer may require that some or all of such Off-Lease Equipment be transported by Seller to destinations outside the United States. In the event Buyer requests that Equipment be transported outside the United States, then Buyer will be responsible for the costs of such transportation.
OVERSEAS TRANSACTIONS. Save and except for transactions effected in RMB and transacted in Mainland China, all transactions effected in a currency other than HKD including transactions effected in RMB transacted in territories outside Mainland China, including without limitation, Hong Kong or Macau, are converted from the transaction currency into HKD and charged to my HKD Card Account based on the exchange rate adopted by UnionPay's prevailing exchange rate on the date of conversion. I agree to accept UnionPay's exchange rates as quoted from time to time without dispute.
OVERSEAS TRANSACTIONS. 11.1 The Cardholder may use the American Express Charge Card outside Malaysia where there are Authorised Merchants.
