Common use of Outside Activities of the Limited Partners Clause in Contracts

Outside Activities of the Limited Partners. Notwithstanding any duty otherwise existing at law or in equity, except as otherwise set forth in any other agreement to which a Partner is a party, including the Omnibus Agreement, any Partner of the Partnership generally or any Series shall be entitled to and may have business interests and engage in business activities in addition to those relating to the Partnership or any Series, including business interests and activities in direct competition with the Partnership or any Series.
