Common use of Outage Repair Standard Clause in Contracts

Outage Repair Standard. In the event of an outage or trouble in any arrangement, facility, or service being provided by a Party hereunder, the providing Party will respond to the outage or trouble in a nondiscriminatory manner that treats the other Party in parity with the providing Party’s own end user Customers.
