Common use of Outage Repair Standard Clause in Contracts

Outage Repair Standard. In the event of an outage or trouble in any arrangement, facility, or service being provided by a Party hereunder, the providing Party will follow procedures for isolating and clearing the outage or trouble that are no less favorable than those that apply to comparable arrangements, facilities, or services being provided by the providing Party to itself or any other carrier whose network is connected to that of the providing Party. Covad and BA may agree to modify those procedures from time to time based on their experience with comparable Interconnection arrangements with other carriers.
