Other Qualifications. The Partnership shall file or record such documents and take such other actions under the laws of any jurisdiction in which the Partnership does business as are necessary or desirable to permit the Partnership to do business in any such jurisdiction and to promote the limitation of liability for the Partners in any such jurisdiction.
