Common use of Other Employee Benefits Clause in Contracts

Other Employee Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to participate in, and shall participate in coverage under, any employee benefits plans or programs of the Company to the same extent as available to any other employees of the Company under the terms of such plans or programs.

Other Employee Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to participate inin any Company-sponsored benefit plans and programs sponsored by the Company, including medical, dental, life and shall participate in coverage underdisability insurance, any employee holidays and other perquisites, at a level appropriate for Executive’s position and duties and to the extent that the Company makes such benefits plans or programs generally available to executives of the Company Company. Executive’s eligibility to receive such benefits shall be subject in each case to the same extent as generally applicable terms and conditions for the benefits in question. The Company may from time to time, in its sole discretion, amend, adjust or discontinue the benefits available to any other employees of the Company under the terms of such plans or programsCompany’s executives and employees.

Other Employee Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in, and shall participate in coverage under, any employee benefits benefit plans now existing or programs of the Company to the same extent as established hereafter generally available to any other employees of the Company under Employer or senior officers of the terms Employer, and to all normal perquisites provided to senior officers of the Employer, provided Executive is otherwise qualified to participate in such plans or programs. As part of its normal course of business, the Employer may amend or terminate employee benefits.

The Executive shall be entitled to participate in, and shall participate in coverage under, any employee benefits benefit plans now existing or programs of the Company to the same extent as established hereafter generally available to any other employees of the Company under Employer or senior officers of the terms Employer, and to all normal perquisites provided to senior officers of the Employer, provided Executive is otherwise qualified to participate in such plans or programs. Based on the Executive’s benefits participation level, the Employer will pay certain established amounts on behalf of the Executive. As part of its normal course of business, the Employer may amend or terminate employee benefits.

Other Employee Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to participate inin all employee benefit plans, programs and shall participate in coverage underarrangements extended, any employee benefits plans or programs from time to time, to all full-time senior executives of the Company Employer pursuant to the same extent as available to any other employees of the Company under the terms and eligibility requirements of such plans or programsplans.

Other Employee Benefits. Executive shall be entitled to participate inin all of Company’s employee benefit plans, programs, arrangements and shall participate in coverage under, any employee benefits plans or programs fringe benefit policies made available to similarly situated senior executives of the Company to the same extent as available he is qualified to any other employees do so by virtue of his employment with Company, subject to the Company under the terms terms, conditions and limitations of such plans or programsplans, arrangements and policies, as they may be amended from time to time.

Other Employee Benefits. During the Term, Executive shall be entitled to participate inin the other employee benefit plans, programs and shall participate arrangements of the Company now (or, to the extent determined by the Board or Compensation Committee, hereafter) in coverage undereffect which are applicable to the senior officers of the Company generally, any employee benefits plans or programs subject to and on a basis consistent with the terms, conditions and overall administration thereof (including the right of the Company to the same extent as available to any other employees of the Company under the terms of amend, modify or terminate such plans or programsplans).

Executive shall be entitled to participate in, and shall participate in coverage under, under any employee benefits plans or programs of the Company to the same extent as participation is available to any other employees of the Company under the terms of such plans or programs.
