Common use of Other Charges Clause in Contracts

Other Charges. Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all other amounts, liabilities and obligations arising in connection with the Leased Property except those obligations expressly assumed by Landlord pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement or expressly stated not to be an obligation of Tenant pursuant to this Agreement. Without limitation, Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all amounts, liabilities and obligations arising in connection with the Contracts, as defined in the Purchase Agreement.

Other Charges. Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all other amounts, liabilities and obligations arising in connection with the Leased Property except those obligations expressly assumed by Landlord pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement or expressly stated not to be an obligation of Tenant pursuant to this Agreement. Without limitation, Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all amounts, liabilities and obligations arising in connection with the Contracts, as defined in the Purchase Agreement.

Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all other amounts, liabilities and obligations arising in connection with the Leased Property except those obligations expressly assumed by Landlord pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement or expressly stated not to be an obligation of Tenant pursuant to this Agreement. Without limitation, Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all amounts, liabilities and obligations arising in connection with the Contracts, as defined in the Purchase Agreement, to the extent that they are Operating Expenses Under the Operating Agreement.

Other Charges. Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all other amounts, liabilities and obligations arising in connection with the Leased Property Property, including, without limitation, Operating Expenses and any other costs and expenses specifically identified as “Additional Charges” pursuant to this Lease, except those obligations expressly assumed by Landlord pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement or expressly stated not to be an obligation of Tenant pursuant to this Agreement. Without limitation, Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all amounts, liabilities and obligations arising in connection with the Contracts, as defined in the Purchase AgreementLease.

Other Charges. Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all other amounts, liabilities and obligations arising in connection with use, operation or tenancy upon the Leased Property except those obligations expressly assumed by Landlord pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement or expressly stated not to be an obligation of Tenant pursuant to this Agreement. Without limitation, and except that any amounts payable by Tenant on any Facility Mortgage shall pay or cause be limited to be paid all amounts, liabilities the Minimum Rent that becomes payable by Tenant hereunder and obligations arising in connection with subject to the Contracts, as defined in the Purchase Agreementprovisions of Section 3.9.

Other Charges.
