Any Lender identified herein as a Co-Agent, Syndication Agent, Co-Documentation Agent, Managing Agent, Manager, Lead Arranger, Arranger or any other corresponding title, other than “Administrative Agent,” ”, shall have no right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement or any other Loan Document except those applicable to all Lenders as such. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any Lender so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking any action hereunder.

Other Agents. Any Lender identified herein as a Co-Agent, Syndication Agent, Documentation Agent, Managing Agent, Manager, Lead Arranger, Arranger Agent or any other corresponding title, other than “"Administrative Agent or "Collateral Agent,” ", shall have no right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement or any other Loan Credit Document except those applicable to all Lenders as such. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any Lender so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking any action hereunder.

Other Agents.
