Organizational Charts. The Corporation shall provide the Union with organizational charts indicating the authority structure of the Corporation at the national level and by division within thirty (30) calendar days of the signing of the collective agreement.

The City agrees to post on the bulletin boards for each Department the organizational line of excluded positions (which will indicate the title of the position and the name of the incumbent) which are applicable to the CUPE bargaining unit Employees within that particular Department, and to keep that posted information current.
