Common use of Opinion of the Company's Counsel Clause in Contracts

Opinion of the Company's Counsel. Each Purchaser shall have -------------------------------- received from Xxxxxx & Xxxxxxx LLP, special counsel for the Company, an opinion with respect to the matters set forth in Exhibit D attached hereto, which shall be addressed to each Purchaser, dated the Closing Date and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to each Purchaser.
