On Call. A supervisor shall be in an on-call status if the supervisor's superior has instructed the supervisor, in writing, to remain available to work during an off duty period. A supervisor who is instructed to be in an on-call status is not required to remain at a fixed location but is required to leave word where he/she may be reached. A supervisor who is instructed to remain in an on-call status shall be compensated for such time on the basis of fifty dollars ($50) for twenty-four (24) hour period or part thereof, not to exceed a maximum of three hundred fifty dollars ($350) per week.
