OFFICE OF THE COMPANY. So long as the Warrants remain outstanding, the Company shall maintain an office where the Warrants may be presented for exercise, transfer, division and combination. Such office shall be at 200 North Sepulveda Boulevard, El Segundo, Californix 00000-0000, xxxxxx xxx until the Company shall designate and maintain another office for such purposes, in which case the Company shall deliver notice of such change to all holders of outstanding Warrants in the manner set forth herein.
