Offboarding. Upon request by Customer made within 30 calendar days after the effective date of termination or expiration of this Agreement, CaseWare will make available to Customer (i) Subscriber Data for export or download, and (ii) CaseWare’s offboarding tools, including processes to assist Customer with the foregoing exportation process. After such a 30-day period, CaseWare will have no obligation to maintain or provide any Subscriber Data to Customer and will thereafter delete or destroy all copies of Subscriber Data in its systems or otherwise in its possession or control, unless legally prohibited.

Offboarding. Marco has no obligation to maintain Client data following termination or expiration of any SOP. Offboarding. Upon termination of the Service Agreement or at the request of the Client to facilitate and confirm data destruction, the business contact who signed the SA (or documented delegate) must open a ticket with HSP Support. Justification for the request may be with regard to the Client’s obligations defined by law, regulations or by contract. Client will have the self-service ability to destroy data in their org/space but will not have the ability to destroy data in shared platform services, thus requiring the initiation of a request with HSP Support. HSP or Client may request confirmation of data destruction in writing, identifying the data to be deleted, in order to provide a certificate of destruction (CoD) affidavit outlining the actions taken. HSP has built-in controls within the infrastructure tier to decommission data and media securely. When the Client has a regulatory or business reason to require further controls for decommissioning data, the Client can implement data encryption at rest using customer managed keys, which are not stored in the cloud. HSP will delete the key used to protect the decommissioned data, making it irrecoverable.

Offboarding. Xxxxx has no obligation to maintain Client data following termination or expiration of any SOP. Client agrees and is responsible for contacting Xxxxx prior to disconnecting and returning Marco equipment, for security and privacy purposes, and shall pay the MRC until the Support Desk has been contacted until permission to disconnect has been received. Any Support Desk assistance following expiration or termination shall be billed at Xxxxx’s then prevailing rates.
Offboarding. The off-boarding plan for this Call-Off Contract will be developed by the Supplier and agreed between the Buyer and the Supplier within 4 weeks of the contract commencement date and reviewed 4 weeks prior to the end of the contract.
