Utility Companies definition

Utility Companies means companies that own and/or operate Utility Assets. For purposes of this definition, this includes companies that (i) derive at least 50% of their revenues or operating income from operating Utility Assets or providing services for the operation of such assets or (ii) have Utility Assets that represent the majority of their assets.
Utility Companies means the company providing electrical, telephone or cable television services to the Project.

Utility Companies means Pacific Gas and Electric Company, PacifiCorp, Southern California Edison, and any other electric power transmission company with which XXX enters into a written agreement for use of Right of Way to construct and install a portion of the System.
