NOTIFICATION OF DEATH. The rights to your shares pass to your legal representatives on your death. To register the death we will need to see the original UK Grant of Representation, or a sealed office copy (we are not able to accept certified copies). This could be: ⚫ Grant of Probate; ⚫ Letters of Administration; or ⚫ Certificate of Confirmation (Scotland). If the relevant shares are held on behalf of more than one person, and after the event the shares are to be held on behalf of the other person(s) then we will arrange for the shares to be transferred into their name(s) to remain in FlexiShare. In order to complete the transfer of shares into new name(s) after the event, we may need to request additional information and until this information is available the shares will continue to be held in the original name(s).
