Common use of Notices; Communications Clause in Contracts

Notices; Communications. All notices, communications, and requests given to or made upon the Trust and Recipient hereto shall, except as otherwise specified herein, be in writing and shall be delivered or mailed to such party at the notice addresses specified on the Contract Cover/Signature Page. The Trust and Recipient may change their notice addresses but shall provide immediate notice to the other and shall provide such notice in writing to the other party.
