Notice of Malfunction. Seller shall provide Buyer with prompt notice of any malfunction or other failure of the Meters or other telemetry equipment necessary to accurately report the quantity of Energy being produced by the Facility. If any Meter is found to be inaccurate by more than two percent (2%), the meter readings shall be adjusted as far back as can reasonably be ascertained, but in no event shall such period exceed six (6) months from the date that such inaccuracy was discovered, and any adjustment shall be reflected in the next invoice provided by Seller to Buyer hereunder.
