Common use of Norway Clause in Contracts

Norway. The Notes shall be registered with Euronext VPS in dematerialised form or in another central securities depository which is properly authorised or recognised as being entitled to register the Notes pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 909/2014, unless (i) the Notes are denominated in NOK and offered or sold outside of Norway to non-Norwegian tax residents only, or (ii) the Notes are denominated in a currency other than NOK and offered or sold outside of Norway.
