Common use of Nonpublic Information Clause in Contracts

Nonpublic Information. (a) Officer hereby acknowledges that, in connection with his/her employment with the Company, he has received, and will continue to receive, various information regarding the Company and its business, operations and affairs. All such information, to the extent not publicly available other than as a result of a disclosure by Officer in violation of this Agreement, is referred to herein as the "Nonpublic Information."
