Non-Uniformed Personnel. Attire for non-uniformed personnel shall be in keeping with safety and security concerns. The wearing of provocative, suggestive or exercise attire, shorts, tee shirts, ragged or torn clothing, rubber shower/beach thongs shall not be permitted. Exceptions shall be allowed by the Unit Administrator as it applies to a specific job classification or in order to perform specific duties.

Non-Uniformed Personnel. The County agrees to provide non-uniformed personnel with a combined cleaning and clothing allowance per year in the sum of six hundred dollars payable in one hundred fifty dollar quarterly installments to non-uniformed personnel assigned to such duties as of January 1, April 1, July 1 and September 1 of each year. Detectives and those other employees determined by the Sheriff to constitute non- uniformed personnel shall be eligible for the clothing and cleaning allowance.
Non-Uniformed Personnel. The work day normally shall consist of eight and one- half (8 1/2) consecutive hours except for interruptions for two (2) fifteen-minute rest breaks, one thirty-minute lunch break, and a "shift meeting". In the event the EMPLOYEE must respond to a call for service during a lunch break, the EMPLOYEE will be entitled to overtime compensation. The normal work week shall consist of five (5) consecutive days of work and two (2) scheduled consecutive days off, except during regularly scheduled shift changes and/or divisional transfers. Trainees will be exempted from the provisions of the normal work week schedule during both academy and phase training periods.
Non-Uniformed Personnel. The County agrees to provide non-uniformed personnel with a combined cleaning and clothing allowance per year in the sum of six hundred dollars ($600.00) payable in One Hundred Fifty Dollar ($150.00) quarterly increments. Detectives and those other employees determined by the Sheriff to constitute non-uniformed personnel shall be eligible for the clothing and cleaning allowance. Effective January 1, 2017, the County agrees to provide non-uniformed personnel with a combined cleaning and clothing allowance per year in the sum of seven hundred dollars ($700.00) payable in One Hundred Seventy Five Dollar ($175.00) quarterly increments.

  • Qualified Personnel Contractor shall utilize only competent personnel under the supervision of, and in the employment of, Contractor (or Contractor’s authorized subcontractors) to perform the Services. Contractor will comply with City’s reasonable requests regarding assignment and/or removal of personnel, but all personnel, including those assigned at City’s request, must be supervised by Contractor. Contractor shall commit adequate resources to allow timely completion within the project schedule specified in this Agreement.

  • Contractor Key Personnel ‌ The Contractor shall assign a Corporate OASIS Program Manager (COPM) and Corporate OASIS Contract Manager (COCM) as Contractor Key Personnel to represent the Contractor as primary points-of-contact to resolve issues, perform administrative duties, and other functions that may arise relating to OASIS and task orders solicited and awarded under XXXXX. Additional Key Personnel requirements may be designated by the OCO at the task order level. There is no minimum qualification requirements established for Contractor Key Personnel. Additionally, Contractor Key Personnel do not have to be full-time positions; however, the Contractor Key Personnel are expected to be fully proficient in the performance of their duties. The Contractor shall ensure that the OASIS CO has current point-of-contact information for both the COPM and COCM. In the event of a change to Contractor Key Personnel, the Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO and provide all Point of Contact information for the new Key Personnel within 5 calendar days of the change. All costs associated with Contractor Key Personnel duties shall be handled in accordance with the Contractor’s standard accounting practices; however, no costs for Contractor Key Personnel may be billed to the OASIS Program Office. Failure of Contractor Key Personnel to effectively and efficiently perform their duties will be construed as conduct detrimental to contract performance and may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or Off-Ramping (See Sections H.16. and H.17.).

  • Contractor’s Personnel Contractor warrants that all Contractor personnel engaged in the performance of Work under this Contract shall possess sufficient experience and/education to perform the services requested by the County. County expressly retains the right to have any of the Contractor personnel removed from performing services under this Contract. Contractor shall effectuate the removal of the specified Contractor personnel from providing any services to the County under this Contract within one business day of notification by County. County shall submit the request in writing to the Contractor’s Project Manager. The County is not required to provide any reason, rationale or additional factual information if it elects to request any specific Contractor personnel be removed from performing services under this Contract.
