NON-DISCRIMINATION. The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination against any employee because of race, color, creed, national origin, religion, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation or the presence of physical or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. Nor shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any reason covered by applicable federal, state or local law. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of membership in the Union or activities on behalf of the Union.

Nor shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any reason covered by applicable federal, state or local law. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of membership in the Union or activities on behalf of the Unioncause such discrimination.

NON-DISCRIMINATION. 16.01 The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination against any employee due to Union activities, including being a Shop Xxxxxxx, or affiliation or because of race, religion, color, creed, national origin, religionsex, sexsexual orientation, age, marital statusdisability, sexual orientation or the presence of physical or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. Nor shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any reason covered by applicable federal, state or local veteran’s status in accordance with existing law. Nor shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any reason covered by applicable federal, state or local law. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of membership in the Union or activities on behalf safety of the Unionphysically disabled person or to others.

The Company and Union also agree that neither the presence Company, the Union, nor any of physical or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. Nor their agents shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any reason covered by applicable federal, state or local law. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of their membership or non- membership in the Union or activities on behalf of the Union.

NON-DISCRIMINATION. The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination against any employee because of race, color, creed, national origin, religion, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation or the presence of physical or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. Nor shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any orientation, disability, nor by reason covered by applicable federal, state or local law. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of membership or activity in the Union or activities on behalf any other reason within the context of the Unionhuman rights.

NON-DISCRIMINATION. The Employer and the Union duly understand and agree that there shall be no discrimination against any employee because of age, sex, marital status, race, color, creedreligion, sexual preference, statutorily protected handicap/disability, national origin, religionpolitical affiliation, sexunion membership, age, marital status, sexual orientation or the presence of physical or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. Nor shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any reason covered by applicable federal, state or local law. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of membership in the Union or activities on behalf of the Unionprotected legal union activity.

NON-DISCRIMINATION. NON-DISCRIMINATION. Nor shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any reason covered by applicable federal, state or local law. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of non-membership in the Union or activities on behalf of the Unionother status protected by law and further to comply with all local, state, or federal laws pertaining thereto.

No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against applicant for employment because of his membership or non- membership in the Union or activities on behalf of the Union.

NON-DISCRIMINATION. Nor shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any reason covered by applicable federal, state or local law. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of membership in the Union or activities on behalf of the Unionhandicap.

NON-DISCRIMINATION. 6.2 The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination against any employee because of race, color, creed, national origin, religion, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation or the presence of physical or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. Nor shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any reason covered by applicable federal, state or local law. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against applicant because of membership in the Union or lawful activities on behalf of the Union, or because of race, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, gender, sexual orientation, age, physical or mental disabilities, political affiliation, marital status, medical condition (as defined by applicable law), or veteran status. There shall be no distinction between wages paid to men and women for the performance of comparable quality and quantity of work on the same or similar jobs.

NON-DISCRIMINATION. The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination by the Employer or the Union against any employee employees because of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, religion, sex, age, age or marital status, sexual orientation status or the presence of physical or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. The Employer shall not solicit bargaining unit employees to make political contributions or to support any political candidate, sexual orientation party or the presence of physical or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of membership in the Union or activities on behalf of the Unionissue.

NON-DISCRIMINATION. 3.01 The Employer and the Union agree that there shall will be no discrimination against any qualified employee or job applicant because of race, religion, color, creed, national origin, religion, sex, age, national origin, veteran's or marital status, sexual orientation status or the presence of physical or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. Nor shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any reason covered by applicable federal, state or local law. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of membership in the Union or activities on behalf of the Uniondisability.

NON-DISCRIMINATION. The Employer and the Union agree that there 23.1. NON-DISCRIMINATION. There shall be no unlawful discrimination by the Employer or the Union against any Employee on account of membership in, or activity on behalf of, the Union. It is understood that no such activity on behalf of the Union shall interfere with the employee’s regular work or with the normal activity of the Employer. The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination against any employee because of age, sex, marital status, race, color, creed, religion, national origin, religionphysical handicap, sexpolitical affiliation, agepolitical activity, marital statusarmed forces obligation, sexual orientation orientation, Union membership, or the presence of physical or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. Nor shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any reason covered by applicable federal, state or local law. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of membership participation in the Union or activities on behalf of the Unionactivities.

NON-DISCRIMINATION. The Employer and 18.1 Neither the Union agree that there nor the Employer shall be no discrimination discriminate against any employee because of union membership or non-membership, nor because of age, race, creed, sex, handicap, color, creed, national origin, religion, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation religious belief or the presence of physical or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of membership in the Union or activities on behalf of the Unionpolitical belief.

The Company and the Union shall not permit any form of physical harassment, joking remarks or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against other abusive conduct directed at employees because of their race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age or handicap, height, weight, veteran, marital status, or membership or non- membership in the Union or activities on behalf of the Unionany labor organization.

NON-DISCRIMINATION. NON-DISCRIMINATION. 34.01 The Employer Company and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination against any employee on account of service on the committee or stewardship or membership in the Union or because of race, color, creed, national origin, religioncolour, sex, nationality, age, marital status, sexual orientation physical handicap or the presence of physical or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. Nor shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any reason covered by applicable federal, state or local law. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of membership in the Union or activities on behalf of the Unionpolitical affiliations.

NON-DISCRIMINATION. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of membership in Xxxxx Xxxxxx and the Union or activities on behalf shall bear responsibility for complying with this provision of the UnionAgreement.

NON-DISCRIMINATION. The Employer and the Union agree that there 18.1 Non-discrimination There shall be no discrimination for or against any employee because of his performing the duties of a Union officer or committeeman. The Company shall comply with applicable laws prohibiting discrimination against employees on account of race, color, creedsex, national originsexual orientation, religion, sex, national origin or age, marital status, sexual orientation or the presence of physical or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. Nor shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any reason covered by applicable federal, state or local law. No employee covered by Any reference in this Agreement to one (1) gender shall be discriminated against because of membership in deemed to apply equally to the Union or activities on behalf of the Unionother.

NON-DISCRIMINATION. The parties have negotiated and established an Anti- Discrimination Policy for the Port of Baltimore, sexual orientation or the presence contents of physical or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. Section 6.1 The Employer and the Union agree that there shall will be no discrimination in violation of any applicable law against any employee on the basis of an employee’s age, sex, race, color, religion, handicap, national origin or sexual orientation. The Employer and the Union agree that there will be no discrimination in violation of any applicable law against any employee because s/he is or is not a member of race, color, creed, national origin, religion, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation or the presence of physical or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. Nor shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any reason covered by applicable federal, state or local law. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of membership in the Union or because s/he engages in or refrains from engaging in activities on behalf of protected by the UnionNational Labor Relations Act.

NON-DISCRIMINATION. The Employer and the Union agree that there for the duration of this Agreement, neither shall be no discrimination discriminate against any employee because of race, color, creed, national origin, religionage, sex, agehandicap, nationality, marital status, sexual orientation height, weight, or political belief nor shall the presence of physical Employer or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. NON-DISCRIMINATION. The 4.01 In accordance with their obligation under the Human Rights Code, the Employer and the Union each agree that there shall will be no discrimination against any employee because employees by reason of race, colorancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic ongin, citiz nship, creed, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, record of offences, marital status, sexual orientation family status, or the presence of physical or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. Nor shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any reason covered by applicable federal, state or local law. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of membership in the Union or activities on behalf of the Uniondisabi1ity.

NON-DISCRIMINATION. ‌ The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination against any employee or applicant because of Union membership or activity, race, color, creed, national origin, religion, sexgender, sexual orientation, gender identity, political affiliation, age, marital status, sexual orientation national origin, disabled veteran status, Vietnam Era Veteran status or the presence of any sensory, mental or physical disability provided that the job duties may be performed efficiently by an individual without danger to the health or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. Nor shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any reason covered by applicable federal, state or local law. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of membership in the Union or activities on behalf safety of the Unionperson with the disability or others.

NON-DISCRIMINATION. The Employer and agrees that it will not discriminate against an employee because of his activities as a member of the Union agree that there Union. Nor shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any reason covered by applicable federal, state activity or local law. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of membership non-activity in the Union or activities on behalf of the Union.

NON-DISCRIMINATION. The No persons or persons employed by the Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination against any employee because of race, color, creed, national origin, religion, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation or the presence of physical or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. Nor shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any reason covered by applicable federal, state or local law. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of membership race, religion, sex, creed, color, national origin, marital status or disability. The Employer shall take steps to assure that employment assignments and promotions are given on an equal non-discriminatory basis. Participation in the Union or activities shall be open to every employee covered by this Agreement on behalf of the Uniona non-discriminatory basis.

NON-DISCRIMINATION. The Employer and Union agree that no employee or other person shall be subject to any discrimination in any manner or for any reason because of such member’s or other person’s age, race, creed, color, sex, political affiliation, national origin, height, weight, or disability unrelated to an employee’s ability to perform essential functions of his/her job. The Employer shall take steps to assure that employment assignments and promotions are given on a non-discriminatory basis. The Employer and the Union further agree that there shall be no discrimination not to discriminate against any employee because of race, color, creed, national origin, religion, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation membership or the presence of physical or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. Nor shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any reason covered by applicable federal, state or local law. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of non-membership in the Union or activities on behalf of the Union.

NON-DISCRIMINATION. The Neither the Employer and nor the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination will discriminate against any employee because of membership or non-membership in the union. Neither the Employer nor the Union shall discriminate against any employee covered by this agreement in a manner which would violate any applicable laws on the basis of religion, race, color, creed, national origin, religionage, sex, agegender, marital status, sexual orientation height, weight, handicap, disability or the presence of physical or mental handicaps not pertinent to performance. Nor shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any reason covered by applicable federal, state or local law. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of membership in the Union or activities on behalf of the Unionpolitical affiliation.

No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of membership in the Union or activities on behalf of the Unionage.

Nor shall either party discriminate against any employee due to any reason covered by applicable federal, state or local law. No employee covered by this Agreement shall be discriminated against because of membership activity in the Union or activities on behalf of the Union.
